Morning Light, Inc. fosters nonprofit community services and programs in central Indiana for the terminally ill, seniors, and families of limited means in need of health, wellness or end of life care.
Morning Light was among the 2016 Grant Recipients of The REALTOR® Foundation February 26, 2016. The $5,000 grant will pay for almost an entire year’s worth of food for terminally ill residents at Morning Light’s Abbie Hunt Bryce Home. The Presentation took place at the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® (MIBOR). Grants are awarded to homeless service providers in central Indiana. Established in 1984, the REALTOR® Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® (MIBOR). Through its concentration on transitional and permanent supportive housing —which the foundation defines as the step between emergency shelter and homeownership —the organization partners with existing organizations that have housing as part of their mission to address homelessness throughout central Indiana.
Abbie Hunt Bryce Home residents are always in need of food, clothing, and other household and living supplies. If you wish to donate, contact the Home at 317.860.0484.
