Serving as one of the sponsors at Real Estate People’s Healthcare Real Estate Summit, Morning Light was able to network and meet with 180+ local movers and shakers within the real estate and health care industry.
Morning Light is not only a nonprofit, but also the owner of a five-story office building on the corner of 46th Street and Keystone Avenue on the city’s Northeast-side. The office building currently has space for rent, ranging from 2,000-13,000 square feet. The building has also had recent improvements including a new parking lot as well as updated landscaping. A lobby remodel is also in the works.
Abbie Hunt Bryce Home staff, Renita Johnson and Lenox Madubansi also attended the event to share information and promote the Abbie Hunt Bryce Home.
With a combined audience of real estate and health care experts, this event provided Morning Light with an invaluable opportunity to not only promote the office building to potential tenants but also showcase the charitable work of the Abbie Hunt Bryce Home.
Abbie Hunt Bryce Home residents are always in need of food, clothing, and other household and living supplies. If you wish to donate, contact the Home at 317.860.0484.
