Pennwood Place, Morning Light’s premier low income senior housing facility, entered its fifth year with some visible changes. First of all, a refurbished wall project was completed that brightened the complex’s exterior that fronts Pennwood Drive. This improvement maintained the building’s pristine appearance both inside and out! But the most noticeable upgrades came in signage, including the main sign that welcomes visitors. This is located in front of an environmentally correct bioswale which was installed on the grounds last year. Those who visit Pennwood Place will now see the Morning Light connection due to new signage at the entrance and in the lobby.
Morning Light has overseen Pennwood Place since the complex’s 2011 opening. It partners with Moynahan Williams for day to day operations. Moynahan Williams is a recognized leader in facility management and is most proud of the fact that Pennwood has been fully occupied since its May 2011 opening! If you or someone you know is interested in being put on a waiting list for the next Pennwood Place vacancy, please call Alice Wilson at 253-0002.
